My parents went to the stores this morning to look for the mattress。they have actually went to the shop next to absolute bedding first。but the sales assistant in the next mattress shop, not very responsive hence they walked in to absolute bedding. They were been served by Anthony, a very friendly sales person showing them and explained and recommended the type of mattress they should look for. He also has asked them to try to lay on the mattress to feel it. He even assisted them to take a photo as my parents wanted to show it to me. I went to the shop in the afternoon, and bought the mattress. Thanks to Anthony for really cares for the elderly and serve them through they may not really have the intention to buy at that time.

I must say as a return customer after 7 years, Absolute Bedding customer service standard is still top notch! Anthony is professional, patient and responsive to all my queries. Despite the little miscommunication and I did not get the design I wanted nevertheless I am happy with his after sales service. It is excellent! My bed head board was not delivered according to my order and I immediately inform Anthony. The rectification work and delivery of the correct one completed within 3weeks! The delivery personnel would call to inform estimated time of arrival and is skilful in assembling. The storage bed frame quality and workmanship is of good quality!
